At Michael's of Brooklyn, we take great pride in the quality of our authentic sauces and pasta; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns once an item has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Take clear photographs of the damaged shipping box and the affected product labels to assist us with your claim.
