How do you ensure the freshness of your sauces and pasta during shipping?
All Michael's of Brooklyn products are bottled or packaged using hot-fill technology or vacuum sealing to preserve authentic flavor and safety. Perishable items are shipped in insulated containers with cold packs to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
What is your standard shipping timeframe?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Are your products gluten-free or suitable for specific diets?
Many of our famous pasta sauces are naturally gluten-free and contain no added sugars. Please refer to the specific ingredient list and nutritional facts panel on each product page for detailed allergen information.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging our glass jars, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the items and the packaging and contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We are looking into international distribution options to bring our Brooklyn classics to fans worldwide in the future.
